The Akron Silver Masters 65's are getting ready for their next tournament in

Richmond, VA. Next Weekend, The Silver Masters is where it all started for our

Silver League & Travel Ball, They are known as 1 of the countries Premier teams, Good Luck Gentleman!

The 55 Dawgs get washed out in PA. but not before going 2-1 on Saturday.

Silverado's 55 will play in Lansing, MI. next weekend.

All Akron travel teams eyeing the Eastern Nationals in Raleigh, NC July 29th.

Our Silver League has a long tradition of Senior Travel Teams. Silver League players have played in tournaments coast to coast, showing the rest of the country how big softball is in northeastern Ohio. National Championships have been won along with many of the major tournaments in all of the senior 50 and over  age brackets. Last year our only 50-55 Travel Team moved up to the 55-60 age bracket, leaving no Travel Team in the 50 to 55 bracket. We hope as New Red division players come into the Silver League, someone will think about getting a 50 year old team together and keep our players going to tournaments. We have plenty of players in our league that can help get you started with how to set a New Travel Team up. It can get expensive for players to travel, so sometimes the best can not always travel. Our 55 Ohio Silverado's Travel Team has already played in two 2008 tournaments, one in Florida & one in Birmingham, AL. We also have the 60's Lone Star's Travel Team. This page will be used to give the league players & travel team players news on tournaments, news and results during the 2008 tournament season.
